- Carrying out assigned tasks related to the legal issues on real estate projects (industrial parks, C&R projects), legal matters related to the company's activities and operations.

- Advising and consulting Departments on the legal issues related to all business activities of the company.

- Drafting, reviewing, vetting the contracts, transactions and internal documents before submitting such documents to the legal manager for signing.

- Maintaining legal compliance for the operation of the Company;

- Legal research and legal update;

- Coordinating with other members of the legal team and other teams to complete the tasks that the legal team is responsible for;

- Other tasks assigned by management from time to time

- University degree in Laws;

- Fresh or having working experience in the field of legal consultancy or higher (preferably with experience in law firms, lawyer office, inhouse legal counsel for companies doing business on real estate development) is an advantage;

- Good English language skills (qualified to deal directly with foreigners and review contracts, transactions in English);

- Good computer skills, proficient in office software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
